<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an endoscope for enabling ensured communication between an electronic endoscope and a processor device by preventing a problem of noise or security caused by interference of a radio wave without requiring complex setting for radio communication.SOLUTION: A communication connector 21 of an electronic endoscope comprises a fitting part 36 and a knob part 37. The fitting part 36 includes a connector main body 38 and a shield outer sheath 39. The connector main body 38 has a proximity radio communication part 27 built-in. A socket 62 of a processor device includes a socket main body 63 and a shield outer sheath 64, where a recess 65 is formed in the socket 62. The socket main body 63 has a proximity radio communication part 54 built-in. When the communication connector 21 and socket 62 are undetachably connected with each other, the proximity radio communication part 54 is arranged at a position where the proximity radio communication part 54 and the proximity radio communication part 27 are opposite to each other.</p> |
