The present invention provides a method for treating highly concentrated organic waste water using bio-evaporation characterized by mixing sludge and highly concentrated organic waste water. The sludge is a bio-dried sludge prepared by a method including the steps of preparing a sludge mixture of belt-compressed sludge and a dried sludge and collecting the sludge mixture stabilized finally at room temperature. The highly concentrated organic waste water includes food waste pulverized into fine particles with a diameter of less than 1 mm. The microorganisms contained in the sludge disintegrate the organic matter, generating metabolic heat that evaporates water. In this case, the metabolism of the microorganisms is aerobic metabolism.
