<p>A service management method and device. The present invention relates to the field of mobile communication and solves the problem of satisfying the concurrent requirements of an LTE service and of a trunking service. Said method comprises: at an RRC layer, respectively establishing different independent instances for a concurrent first system service and second system service of a single user terminal; at a user plane, respectively establishing different independent instances for said first system service and second system service; at a MAC layer and at a PHY layer, mapping said different processing instances to the same processing instance. The technical solution provided in the present invention embodiment is applicable in networks where an LTE system and a trunking system coexist, and allows for carrying out resource allocation policy when different policies exist for LTE and trunking services at each protocol level of an LTE.</p> |
