<p>A color filter comprises an underlaying substrate (1), a color filtering layer, and a black matrix (3). A side, of the black matrix (3), close to the underlaying substrate (1) is provided with a first transparent conduction layer (2), and a side, of the black matrix (3), away from the underlaying substrate (1) is provided with a second transparent conduction layer (4). The black matrix (3) is made of electrochromic materials. A display apparatus comprising the color filter and a color filter manufacturing method are further provided. The color filter enables the display apparatus to have a better readability in the outdoors, and have a fine display effect in the indoors.</p> |
