SYSTEM AND METHOD OF HEATING RAILWAY PASSENGER COACH

The present invention is directed to realization of the possibility of excluding the use of thermal energy of organic fuel and a convection system for heating premises and a considerable reduction of energy consumption for providing comfortable thermal conditions in premises at low temperature outside a railway transportation means. Said technical result is characterized in that the proposed system comprises electric heating panels which have resistive heating elements and infrared radiators and are arranged on elements of railing structures and/or on interior elements of passenger coach coupes and combined in groups, each is installed inside a separate room, and a power source comprises a current generator with a drive connected to a wheel pair of a passenger coach and a storage battery connected to the current generator. There is a control block adopted to alternate the use of the generator and storage battery for providing power of the electric heating panels, accordingly, during movement and stops of railway transport means and with the possibility of independent controlling the electric heating panels temperature of each group in separate coach rooms. The proposed method is characterized in that the rooms are heated by low-temperature radiant heating directly from the electric heating panels combined into groups by means of which in each separate room there is created a thermal field of infrared radiation in a bioresonant range of wavelength. Wherein during movement and stops of railway transport means the use of the generator and storage battery are alternatively changed for providing power of the electric heating panels, air temperature is controlled in each separate room and the given temperature is maintained by means of the thermal field of infrared radiation.
