发明名称 WASTE NEUTRALIZING PROCESS
摘要
The invention relates to a process for neutralizing and exploiting urban, industrial, hospital or veterinary wastes, infested liquids and sludges, while rendering the thermal treatment of a broad range of wastes more simple and effective, it being meant to be used in environment greening. According to the invention, the process consists in introducing the wastes into a hopper (1) placed at the top part of the plant, wherefrom they come down gravitationally under the action of some pressing devices, operating at a pressure of up to 0.7 bar, most of the devices being fixed on a shaft (2) rotated at 0.5...1.5 rps by an electrical gearmotor (3), the waste coming down, into a cylinder (4), under the action of the blades (5) integral with the shaft (2) and of the counter-blades (6) integral with the shaft (4), which are suitably inclined for the waste to go down, the waste being stirred up by other blades (7 and 8) placed under the blades (5 and 6) which intensifies the heat transfer from the cylinder (4) to the waste, under the action of a gaseous heating medium circulating through the 20 mm-large space between the cylinder (4) and another cylinder (9) exterior thereto, the waste being pressed down by a worm (10), into a cylinder (12) coaxial to another cylinder (13) which are insulated from one another, the melt having a temperature of 100°C, at the most, flowing down into the melt bath (14) having the temperature of 1600°C, at a medium depth of 1.5 m, where the humidity evaporation starts, followed by the pyrolysis and gasification reactions, the steam in the bubbles reacting with the C in the waste within a compartment (16) provided with the blades (15) and forming the fuel mixture, mostly containing CO and H, which is then discharged through a connection (17), after which the melt flows down into a space (21) and the melt excess is discharged through an overflow (22) and the gases having a temperature of 1550°C are discharged through the connection (20) and recycled through the heat exchangers (23 and 24), delivering the heat to an atmospheric air flow which is preheated to 1450°C and supplied again into the cycle.
