<p>A range hood with minimal pressure loss and good oil collecting efficiency is provided. The range hood (1) is provided with: a fan (60) that generates a flow of air; a filter (10) that exists on the flow path of the flow of air and is upstream from the fan (60), and has holes that allow the flow of air to pass through; an electric motor (20) that rotates the filter (10); an oil collecting member (30) that surrounds the periphery of the filter; and a control unit (90) that controls the rotation of the fan (60) and the electric motor (20). The control unit (90) sometimes allows the fan (60) and the electric motor (20) to simultaneously rotate.</p> |
