PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a facial expression estimating accuracy.SOLUTION: A facial expression estimation device 1 includes: a facial score acquisition part 32 which generates facial score showing a facial expression of a person in an image; a motion detecting part 33 which determines a motion type of the person; and a facial expression determination part 35 which generates a result score showing the facial expression corresponding to the face score and the motion type.
