PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material with an image formed thereon, configured to prevent counterfeit and solve a problem on authenticity determination by visually recognizing an image formed on a retro-reflective material in a specific condition, and to ensure excellent stereoscopic, video and change effects for a technology of forming an image on a conventional retro-reflective material.SOLUTION: In a retro-reflective material laminated on a base material, an image element including a through-hole is formed in a part of a light-shielding layer. A first image element group is formed of a plurality of first image elements arranged in parallel in a first F direction horizontal to a base material surface. In the light-shielding layer adjacent in the first F direction, the first image elements pass through in different directions with respect to the base material. When the first image elements constituting the first image element group face a first G direction, a first image is formed. |
