PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly feed back feedback information such as an acknowledgement signal, if a DL/UL configuration is changed in TDD.SOLUTION: A radio base station, communicating with a user terminal by time division duplex and capable of control by changing the DL/UL configuration, includes: a determination unit for determining timing to feed back the acknowledgement signal for each DL subframe to a radio frame before the change of the DL/UL configuration; and a control unit for controlling a UL subframe to feed back the acknowledgement signal for each DL subframe on the basis of the feedback timing. The control unit resets a UL subframe to be used for the feedback on the basis of a feedback range, covered by the UL subframe after the configuration change, in regard to the acknowledgement signal to be fed back by a radio frame after the DL/UL configuration change. |
