PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sausage formed of animal flesh and long carrot capable of effectively using animal flesh of animals such as a raccoon dog, a deer, a wild boar which are captured for reducing food product damage, capable of effectively using nutrient of a long carrot by kneading the long carrot, and capable of improving texture.SOLUTION: The sausage formed of animal flesh and long carrot is produced by kneading 50-80 parts by weight of animal flesh of animal such as a deer, a wild boar, a raccoon dog, and 20-50 parts by weight of pulverized or grated long carrot with spices, and filling in a casing, performing smoking treatment, and then boiling. |
