PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating tumor in a patient comprising administering to the patient a CD40 agonist antibody, which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, according to an intermittent dosing schedule.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method of treating tumor in a patient comprising administering a combination of a DNA replication inhibitor and a CD40 agonist antibody stable for at least three months. Also provided is a formulation for use in the treatment.
