PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power to a DUT independently of an inductance of a cable connected to the DUT.SOLUTION: A DUT 202 has a DUT voltage V. The cable is connected to the DUT 202 and the cable has a cable inductance 204. A power supply is configured as a voltage-controlled current source 206 for supplying a wide bandwidth voltage supplied to the DUT 202. A differential amplifier 208 detects the DUT voltage V, which is added to a set voltage Vto generate a control voltage Vfor the voltage-controlled current source 206. The DUT voltage Vis thus independent of the cable inductance 204. |
