[Solution] Provided is a connector comprising the following: a signal pin (11) that is connected to a wiring pattern (15) on a mounting substrate (14) one end of which is disposed in any given device, and that transmits a signal to the interior and exterior of the device; and a shell (13) that is formed by a conductor so as to cover the signal pin (11) across a region in which the signal pin (11) extends towards the mounting substrate (14), and that is connected to a ground potential on the mounting substrate (14).
