Embodiments of the present invention provide a touchscreen capable of implementing 3D display, a display apparatus, and a method of fabricating the touchscreen. The touchscreen capable of implementing 3D display comprises: an upper substrate and a lower substrate formed in a cell form; and liquid crystal, filled between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The upper substrate comprises: an upper transparent substrate and a transparent conductive layer disposed on the upper transparent substrate, that is, a side, opposite the lower substrate, of the upper transparent substrate. The lower substrate comprises: a lower transparent substrate, and a first sensing electrode layer, an insulating layer, and a second sensing electrode layer sequentially disposed on the lower transparent substrate, that is, a side, opposite the upper substrate, of the lower transparent substrate. The first sensing electrode layer comprises multiple first sensing electrodes, the second sensing electrode layer comprises multiple second sensing electrodes intersecting the first sensing electrodes, and the insulating layer is used for insulating the first sensing electrodes from the second sensing electrodes, so as to form touch sensing capacitance.
