<p>A twist exercise apparatus assisting in achievement of ten thousand steps according to the present invention includes: a smartphone; a step exercise device provided with a transmission device for exchanging information with the smartphone; a motion quantity input screen installed in the smartphone for setting a day's exercise quantity; an output screen for outputting excessive or inadequate achievement of the day's exercise quantity by measuring the actual exercise quantity with an oscillator or accelerometer installed in the smartphone; and a smartphone application for transmitting the output information of the output screen to the step exercise device, thus enabling the user to see whether they have achieved the day's exercise quantity so as to supplement a deficiency in the day's exercise quantity by means of the step exercise device. The present invention enables the user to analyze the day's exercise quantity so as to obtain the resultant data that may be utilized for leading the user to the achievement of the day's exercise quantity.</p> |
