<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a muzzle velocity of a warhead so that the warhead fired from a projectile can be exploded at an accurate explosion position. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring a muzzle velocity comprises: a muzzle velocity signal generating unit which generates a muzzle velocity signal in order to measure the muzzle velocity of a warhead; and a muzzle velocity measuring unit which measures the muzzle velocity using the muzzle velocity signal. The muzzle velocity signal generating unit comprises: magnets which are separately installed at two points on an adapter where the warhead fired from the projectile passes; and a yoke which guides magnetic flux at both ends to flow toward the inside the adapter in order to form a magnetic closed circuit. Therefore, the apparatus for measuring a muzzle velocity can minimize the outside leakage of the magnetic flux formed by the magnet through the yoke because the magnetic flux flows toward the inside of the adapter.</p> |
