<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring a leg mounted on a wind turbine installation vessel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring a leg comprises a light emitting unit which emits light; a light receiving unit which receives light reflected from a target installed on a leg; a moving unit which moves the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit; and a control unit which controls the operation of the light emitting unit, the receiving unit, and the moving unit so that the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit can measure an upper leg mounted on the outer side of a jack house and a lower leg mounted inside the jack house.</p> |
