<p>Disclosed is an apparatus for sterilizing food powder using plasma which includes: a powder supplying part which is located at a side of an outlet of a blower on an inlet line; a plasma reactor which sterilizes food powder supplied through the inlet line with plasma; and a powder collection tank which collects the food powder sterilized in the plasma reactor. The plasma reactor includes a vent pipe and a reaction tank in which turning flow in the shape of a spiral is generated around the vent pipe.</p> |
