The present invention relates to a financial business processing system using a mobile terminal of a client and a processing method. The disclosed branch financial business processing system in the present invention includes: a mobile terminal which executes an application for at least a branch financial business of a financial company and reserves a branch financial business selected by the input of the client through the interface of the application; a financial institution server which receives and stores financial business data about the reserved branch financial business from the mobile terminal and transmits the financial business data to a branch server; and the branch server which processes the reserved branch financial business based on the financial business data received from the financial institution server once authentication of the client is performed using the mobile terminal of the client.
