<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin valve body and a production method of the valve body which is configured so that, even if small disturbance occurs in the absorption of microwave energy, a synthetic resin molded article can be uniformly welded even if a surrounding heat capacity is not uniform, and no distortion is imparted to the synthetic resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The resin valve body 100 houses a plurality of control valves that control hydraulic pressure or an oil amount for automatic transmission. Valve body resin molded articles 11, ..., 16 are formed by dividing the resin valve body 100 into two or more sections along center lines of: portions for housing the plurality of control valves; or oil passages in the resin valve body. The resin valve body is provided with: microwave plate-like heat generating bodies 21, ..., 25 each of which comprise a conductive plate-like synthetic resin disposed at an interval of each of the valve body resin molded articles 11, ..., 16, and in which dielectric heating can be freely performed by microwaves; and welding layers in which the interval of each of the microwave plate-like heat generating bodies 21, ..., 25 is reduced, pressure is applied in the stacked direction, and the stacked bodies are welded by irradiating them with microwaves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
