<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning mechanism of a liquid ejection head unit in which the liquid ejection head can be positioned easily with high accuracy, to provide a liquid ejection head unit and a liquid ejector, and to provide a method of manufacturing the liquid ejection head unit. <P>SOLUTION: On the side surface of a channel forming substrate 12 consisting of a silicon single crystal substrate, first positioning parts 11x and 11y, i.e., protrusions protruding outward, are provided by photolithography. Columnar second positioning parts 42x and 42y abutting against the first positioning parts 11x and 11y are provided on the bottom of a holding member 41. The second positioning parts 42x and 42y are provided in the holding member 41 so that the relative positions of recording heads 10 where the first positioning parts 11x and 11y are abutting against the second positioning parts 42x and 42y may be arranged as determined previously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
