A seat open/close switch 42 changes a state of a signal carried by a communication line 113 connected to a BMS 103 configured to control electrical communication between a receptacle 53 and a battery 6, based on a state of a condition that a seat is opened or closed, irrespective of whether a plug 55 is connected to the receptacle 53 or not. When the state of the signal indicates that the seat is opened, the BMS 103 interrupts or limits the electrical communication between the receptacle 53 and the battery 6.
