<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-PCB monoclonal antibody having cross-reactivity and high affinity with a plurality of PCB homologs having different chlorine atoms, and further having excellent compatibility to labeling with colloidal gold, a process for producing the same, a hybridoma producing the antibody, and a method for measuring anti-PCB using the PCB monoclonal antibody. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the anti-PCB monoclonal antibody includes using an isomeric mixture of biphenyl derivatives represented by structural formula (1) (wherein X and Y each represent an integer of 0-3, and the sum of X and Y is an integer of 1-6) as a hapten. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
