<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the cycle time by appropriately illuminating all electronic components to be illuminated thereby recognizing an electrode part in no time. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component illumination device which illuminates an electronic component P imaged by an imaging apparatus 71 comprises a lamellar deformable surface-emission light-emitting panel 72c disposed to face the electronic component P, and a holding deforming mechanism 72b which holds the light-emitting panel 72c and changes the shape of the light-emitting panel 72c when the position of the holding deforming mechanism 72b is changed by means of a driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
