<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web roll capable of restraining the peeling of paper without giving embossing to the web. <P>SOLUTION: A toilet roll 10 is provided, where a web 11 obtained by laminating belt-shaped tissues 11a and 11b, is wound in a roll shape. In this toilet roll 10, perforations for breakage 13 which extends between both side edges in the width direction of the web 11 and extend for cutting and separating the web 11 along the width direction are formed along the longitudinal direction of the web 11 at every predetermined interval. The toilet roll 10 is provided with perforations for bonding 14a, 14b, and 14c which are formed in the web 11 in such a manner that they are positioned between the perforations for breakage 13 adjacent to each other along the longitudinal direction of the web 11 for bonding the laminated belt-shaped tissues 11a and 11b integrally with each other.
