According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a storage container formed to properly divide and use an internal space thereof with minimum components and a refrigerator having the same. The storage container according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case forming a storage space and stepped parts on the inner side; and a divider assembly having one side seated in the stepped part to be slidable and arranged to partition the storage space according to purpose and be used accordingly.
