<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized plug door device in which an opening/closing operation and a plug operation can be performed by a door drive mechanism operating a force, in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, on a door, and the space can be reduced for installing a mechanism which has a turning arm and guides the door to a width direction of the vehicle so as to support the plug operation of the door. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed base 51, a slide base 52, a door drive mechanism 53, a shaft part 54, a guide part 55 and a turning arm mechanism 75 are provided. In the turning arm mechanism 75, a rotational force generator 76 generates a rotational force by acquiring a door opening/closing force from doors (108, 109). Furthermore, a follower rotation member 77 is rotated by transferring the rotational force thereto. A guide curved surface member 78 then includes a guide curved surface part 78a for moving the follower rotation member 77 along an arcuate curved surface with the rotation of the follower rotation member 77.
