<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device, which is improved in noise characteristics by increasing a natural frequency while suppressing an increase in weight. <P>SOLUTION: An annular projection 4 is provided on a surface opposite to conical sieve surfaces 2c, 2d of each pulley 2.
