The present invention relates to an amidopyridinol derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related disease. The amidopyridinol derivative represented by chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has an excellent effect of suppressing angeiogenesis in a chorio-allantoic membrane model, thereby can be usefully used as a medicament for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases such as macular degeneration or arthritis.
