PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical guide which allows the viewing of the distal end of a drill during cutting and does not easily generate an error in the drilling direction of a drill, even though it is simply configured.
SOLUTION: The surgical guide 10 includes: a freely detachable guide member 21; a first indication member 22 for indicating the position of the proximal end part 31b of the projection part 31a of a wire; a second indication member 12 having a second positioning hole 12g drilled at a part corresponding to the distal end 31c of the projection part 31a of the wire; and a guide pin 51 inserted into the center hole 41d of a drill 41 for drilling the burial hole having the center hole 41d drilled along a rotary axis. By engaging the distal end of the drill 41 with a positioning cavity 61a formed in the cortical bone 61 of a patient on the basis of the first indication member 22 and inserting, in parallel with it, the guide pin 51 into the second positioning hole 12g of the second indication member 12 and then inserting it into the center hole 41d of the drill 41, the drilling direction of the drill 41 is positioned.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
|
