<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a composite plating film in which fine diamond particles and fine fluororesin particles are uniformly dispersed and codeposited. <P>SOLUTION: A composite plating solution prepared by adding fine diamond particles on which a hydrophilic polymer or ionic functional groups are introduced, of an average particle diameter of 10-300 nm, fine fluororesin particles of an average particle diameter of 100-300 nm, and a surfactant to a metal plating solution, is brought into contact with the surface of a substrate to form thereon a composite plating film composed of a metal matrix and the fine diamond particles and the fine fluororesin particles uniformly dispersed therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
