<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the conductivity of a light emitting element from being deteriorated in a light emitting device in which thin film sealing is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device includes: a first substrate 10; a light reflection layer 14 formed on the first substrate 10; a first electrode 16 that is formed on the light reflection layer 14 and has transparency; a light emitting functional layer 18 formed on a first electrode 16; a semi-transparent reflective second electrode 20 that is formed on the light emitting functional layer 18; a stress-relaxation layer 22 for being formed on the second electrode 20 and easing stress to the second electrode 20; and a passivation layer 24 which is formed on the stress-relaxation layer 22 and made of an inorganic material. The second electrode 20 is made of MgAg where the range of a deposition speed ratio of Mg and Ag for forming the second electrode 20 is 1:3-1:50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
