<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete column excellent in durability, which can inexpensively suppress the advance of corrosion degradation and breaks of non-tension steel material, even if a crack beyond design assumption is formed in the concrete column and the non-tension steel material is exposed to a state in which rain water invades through the crack. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete column excellent in durability uses PC steel wires as tension steel material and uses PC steel bars as non-tension steel material, and is manufactured by using centrifugation molding. The non-tension steel material is arranged to have a covering thickness of 15-35 mm, and difference (HV<SB POS="POST">c</SB>-HV<SB POS="POST">f</SB>) between center hardness HV<SB POS="POST">c</SB>which is average hardness of a center portion of the non-tension steel material and surface layer hardness HV<SB POS="POST">f</SB>which is the hardness of 80μm position from surface layer, is more than 80 and not more than 200 in Vickers hardness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
