<p>The starter (100) has a pulley (11) rotationally movable by a traction unit (13) i.e. rope, for producing drive torque for an engine shaft. The pulley is connected to with a driver link (15) over an attenuation spring (14) i.e. torsion spring, that is made of a spring wire. The pulley is twisted against the driver link under torsion of the spring until the twist of a stop element (16) against a thrust ring is limited. The stop element and/or the ring are made of material exhibiting high strength than that of the materials of the driver link and/or the pulley. The thrust ring is made of metal.</p> |
