<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foods and drinks, medicinal drugs or feedstuff effective for prevention or amelioration of lifestyle-related diseases expectable on an effect to inhibit deposition of visceral fat; an effect to suppress body weight increase; an effect to lower blood sugar level; an effect to prevent arteriosclerosis; and an effect to prevent constipation, by orally ingesting them as a meal or an ordinary drink in the daily life. <P>SOLUTION: The food and drink, medicinal drug or feedstuff includes tea-leaf ingredients such as gallic acid, tea polyphenol, theaflavins, caffeine, saponin, an amino acid and a water-soluble fiber.
