<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugarless hard gumi candy that suppresses stickiness and has chewing properties like a conventional gumi candy containing a saccharide such as monosaccharide, disaccharide, etc., as a main component, hardness of chewability, good tasty quality and low calorie. <P>SOLUTION: The sugarless hard gummy candy contains 5-20 wt.% of erythritol, 30-50 wt.% of maltitol, 20-50 wt.% of polydextrose and 0.05-0.3 wt.% of glucomannan as solid contents, comprises gelatin having a bloom value of≥250 and a viscosity of≥4.0 mPa s and has a water content of 13-17 wt.% and a calorie per 100g of 120-170 kcal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
