A transfer unit (1b) transfers a part of data to be transmitted by the transmitting unit (1a) to another base station (2), so that data transmission to the radio terminal (3) is performed in the other base station (2). A receiving unit (2a) of the other base station (2) receives data transferred by the transfer unit (1b). A transmitting unit (2b) transmits data received by the receiving unit (2a) to the radio terminal (3).
