<p>The present invention relates to a wrap cutter. More specifically, the wrap cutter is made by improving a wrap cutter which accommodates a roll type wrap and cuts the wrap to a preferred length. An upper case equipped with a cutter and a lower case are hinged on each other, and the front part of the upper case is facing upwards by an elastic member. In this state, where the upper case and the lower case are not closed but opened, a user can put pressure on the upper case downwards with a hand to cut the wrap mounted inside the lower case to a needed length with the cutter equipped in the upper case.</p> |
