摘要 A coal pyrolysis device and a coal pyrolysis method for improving yield of tar by reducing secondary pyrolysis of the tar at high temperature. The coal pyrolysis device for improving yield of tar of the present invention comprises a furnace body, the furnace body being formed by a fixed furnace top, a furnace wall (4) and a rotary furnace bottom (2), a material bed (15) used for placing materials (7) being arranged on the rotary furnace bottom (2), an interval between the material bed (15) and the rotary furnace bottom (2) being an overhead space (3), and the material bed (15) being a ventilation material bed; and an air sucking opening (8) being arranged at one side of the overhead space (3) and being connected with a high-temperature fan (9) and an air outlet (10). In the coal pyrolysis device and the coal pyrolysis method for improving yield of tar of the present invention, by changing a furnace body structure in the rotary bed and an air flue, a gas flowing direction in a furnace is adjusted, and circulation of a thermal field inside the furnace and the function of heating a material are reinforced. Pyrolysis gas forcedly permeates a material layer under the action of the high-temperature fan (9), the flowing of gas in the furnace is reinforced, and heat transfer of the material layer is accelerated; and the situation of secondary pyrolysis of the tar resulting from secondary combination of macromolecular free radicals generated by original coal pyrolysis is reduced, so as to improve the yield of the tar through original coal pyrolysis.
