<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an emission amount of carbon dioxide based on a result of a production line simulation. <P>SOLUTION: A calculation part calculates an operation time and a waiting time of a facility and a distribution facility in production of a product in a production line composed of plural processes defined by a layout sheet and a layer by referring to production control data, an facility parameter, and a distribution facility parameter. An emission amount calculation part multiplies an emission amount of carbon dioxide per predetermined unit time by the operation time and the waiting time, thereby calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emitted from the facility and the distribution facility while the product is produced. The emission amount calculation part adds up the amount of carbon dioxide calculated for the facility and the distribution facility of all of the facilities and the distribution facilities constituting the production line together with an amount of carbon dioxide emitted by a factory facility other than the production line, thereby calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emitted from a whole factory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
