<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce measurement errors due to a so-called camera shake in a shape measurement system using a scanner. <P>SOLUTION: A shape measurement system 1 comprises: a scanner 21 which is attached to a tip of an articulated arm, capable of manually moving to an object A to be measured, irradiates the object A to be measured with a laser beam and sequentially detects reflected light of the laser beam by multiple light receiving lines of a light sensor 61; an acceleration sensor 42 for acquiring camera shake information of the scanner 21 for each light receiving line of the light sensor 61; a camera shake correction part 80 for correcting positional information of an image for each light receiving line based on the camera shake information of the scanner 21 for each light receiving line; and an image creation part 100 for creating an image of the object A to be measured based on image information of the scanner 21 and the positional information of the image corrected by the camera shake correction part 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
