<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding jig used in a case of welding by correctly and stably holding adjacent plate works with a specific positional relationship, and by abutting an edge part of one of the plate works to a plane of another plate work or by meeting the edge part to an edge part of another plate work. <P>SOLUTION: The jig unit 1 is constructed by combining adjacent electromagnets 13 and 13, and holding plates 15 and 15 attracted by each of the electromagnets 13 and 13. The electromagnets 13 and 13 are attached to a columnar frame 11 extending from a base 5 whose position is fixed; the plate works W1 and W2 are respectively held with the holding plates 15 and 15 attracted to attraction surfaces 131 and 131 of the energized electromagnets 13, and the attraction surface 131 of the electromagnet 13; the adjacent plate works W1 and W2 are correctly and stably held in a specific positional relationship, and thereby the welding jig meets the edge part of the plate work W1 to the edge part of the plate work W2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
