Disclosed are a towing rope and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a towing rope may include the steps of preparing a liner by twisting a plurality of unit threads comprising a core member made of polypropylene material and a urethane outer coating layer, preparing a shell by twisting a plurality of nylon threads, forming a unit rope by combining the liner with the shell using an adhesive member, and forming a towing rope which is extend by overlapping the unit rope and is tapered toward the other end from one end. |
