摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a quantitative analysis method of binding between Lin 28 protein and pre-let-7 miRNA by using a fluorescent probe and a method for screening an inhibitor of the binding between Lin 28 protein and pre-let-7 miRNA, using the quantitative analysis method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a quantitative analysis method of binding between Lin 28 protein and pre-let-7 miRNA, which comprises the following steps: a) manufacturing the fluorescent probe having a quencher molecule attached to the 5′-end of the pre-let-7 miRNA and a fluorescent molecule attached to the 3′-end of the pre-let-7 miRNA; b) making the Lin28 protein react with the fluorescent probe of step a); and c) measuring the florescent value of a reactant. In addition, the quantitative analysis method is usefully used to screen a large amount of inhibitors which inhibit the binding between the Lin 28 protein and the pre-let-7 miRNA.</p>
