<p>Disclosed is a valve device having a deformation correcting structure for a hydraulic breaker. The device having a deformation correcting structure for a hydraulic breaker includes: a valve housing of a valve for hydraulic control, arranged at the outer wall of the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic breaker; a valve body which reciprocates on the inner circumference of the valve housing; and a plurality of combining bolts which combine the two flanges of the valve housing with the hydraulic cylinder. The inner circumference of the valve housing is divided into two areas, a first inner circumference area facing the hydraulic cylinder with a first central line parallel to the surface of the hydraulic cylinder as the center and a second inner circumference area not facing the hydraulic cylinder. To correct the deformation of the first inner circumference area toward the first centric line caused by the combination of the valve housing to the hydraulic cylinder by the combining bolts, the first inner circumference area is additionally ground to make a distance between the first centric line and second inner circumference area larger than a distance between the first centric line and first inner circumference area. For this, an additional grinding unit is formed in the first inner circumference area. By the present invention, when grinding the inner circumference of the valve housing, the inner circumference can maintain a circular shape after the valve housing is combined with the hydraulic cylinder by additionally grinding the amount of deformation by high pressure caused by that the valve housing is combined with the hydraulic cylinder by the combining bolts. Also, scratches during reciprocation of the valve can be prevented.</p> |
