<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform filling of liquid into an injection head and circulation of liquid on the upstream side of the injection head without complicating the structure of a liquid injector. <P>SOLUTION: A pressurization pump for pressure-feeding liquid is mounted between a sub-tank and the injection head, and an opening/closing valve is disposed on the downstream side. The opening/closing valve is configured so that it opens when liquid is injected and the pressure in the injection head decreases, and a forcibly valve opening mechanism for forcibly opening the opening/closing valve is disposed. Liquid is circulated between the sub-tank and injection head by operating the pressurization pump and the forcibly valve opening mechanism. Further, after pressure accumulation is performed by operating the pressurization pump while the opening/closing valve is closed, liquid is pressurized and filled into the injection head by operating the forcibly valve opening mechanism. Thus, liquid can be filled into the injection head using the device configuration for circulating the liquid, so that the device configuration of liquid filling is not required and the structure of the liquid injector can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
