<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for purifying a nucleic acid by which the nucleic acid can be purified to a medicine level by a process enabling high-speed treatment, and which can be scaled up easily. <P>SOLUTION: The method for purifying the nucleic acid includes the following steps: (p) a step for allowing a porous membrane to adsorb the nucleic acid by passing a nucleic acid-containing solution through the porous membrane on the surface of which an anion-exchanging group is immobilized through a graft chain; and (q) a step for eluting and collecting the nucleic acid adsorbed on the porous membrane by passing an eluate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
