<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correcting device capable of reducing power amount required for actuation by reducing a load generated in a friction sliding portion, and decreasing size, a lens barrel, an imaging device, and a portable information terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An image blur correcting device corrects an image blur by moving an imaging element 3. The image blur correcting device comprises a fixing portion 37; a moving portion 1 holding the imaging element 3; a plurality of spherical members 58, 59, 61 interposed between the fixing portion 37 and the moving portion 1, and supporting the moving portion 1 so as to move within a surface orthogonal to a lens optical axis to the fixing portion 37; magnetic energizing means mutually absorbing the plurality of the spherical members and the moving portion 1 by magnetic attractive force to temporarily keep the position of the moving portion 1; and a rotation regulating member 70 moving in one direction with the moving portion 1, and regulating rotations of the moving portion 1 by moving only the moving portion 1 in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
