<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power consumption switched capacitor type integrator that operates controllably even when an error occurs in a potential of a virtual ground node. <P>SOLUTION: A switched capacitor type integrator includes: a sampling capacitor C1 for sampling a charge of an input signal; a storage capacitor C2 for storing the charge of the sampling capacitor C1 via a virtual ground node 4; main transistors MP1, MN1 for supplying the charge of the sampling capacitor C1 to the storage capacitor C2; calibration capacitors C3, C4 inserted between gate terminals and the virtual ground node 4; a calibration device 12 for supplying charges to the calibration capacitors C3, C4 so as to generate such potential differences in which the virtual ground node 4 is a reference potential Vcm; and an amplifier for outputting an amplified potential of the virtual ground node to the main transistors MP1, MN1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
